Have the following completed before scheduling eForm appointment:
Go to eforms.atf.gov and create an ATF eForm account (email must match the email used on Silencer Shop account)
Save your ATF eForm username & 4 digit pin.
Make sure to have these details available during your appointment.
Please be in front of a desktop/laptop, certification does not work on a mobile devices (If you do not have access to a computer let us know and we will make one available to you in store).
